Back to school

A new season begins, who will be, I wish, as rich in emotions as these eight years already passed. Les cours reprennent !

Children / teens interested in climbing are invited to come and meet us at the Gaston Comes climbing hall :

- Tuesday 15 septembre pour ceux nés en 2014, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. (Prehistokids1)

ATTENTION, MANDATORY MASK WEAR !!!

Vous pouvez également nous contacter par téléphone ou courriel. Déjà beaucoup de sollicitations en ce début de saison, n’hésitez pas à réserver une place.

We were able to resume our activities in June. To respect the sanitary rules, we had to split the groups of the kid climbing lessons into two. This allowed us to go outside and travel the large via ferrate to the delight of teenagers..

Adult side, in the summer program, some of us were able to learn about caving on the Perillos plateau. Others went canyoning. Beautiful mountain excursions too ! On the alps, magnificent multi-pitch routes have been covered. A summer evening before fall at Trois Becs (TD+, 220 m), L & rsquo; hirondelle des Faubourgs in Omblèze (ED-, 220 m), Eliane & rsquo; s way (D+, 180 m), The pillar of Nugues (D+, 120 m) et Fhara Kiri (TD, 250 m) after the, the Pisse waterfall (TD-, 300 m) at La Grave and Mandatory Visit (TD, 300 m) at the Dibona needle. Beautiful encounters with English wingsuiters in Presles. Ale and other Stouts are always refreshing ! We just have to jump off Big Ben ! On the Ariège, Zinc plywood (TD, 370 m) and Children of the Slab (1000 m) have been checked. What a nice, although exhausting, climbing on these ariège slabs that are one kilometer long ! Closer to us, we went to set cams at La George in Vingrau.

Climbing is booming as it becomes an Olympic sport. We end the season with more 60 licensees including two thirds of children. Faced with the growing demand for practitioners, we have set up a new climbing course for children.

Bonne rentrée à tous, bonne grimpe !

The President, François Frou.
