Short summary of the Grenoble stay :

The team P.O., after a few along the way dropouts, found himself endowed with 6 active members ready and motivated to represent the Catalan department of the federation but also to enjoy the stay in Grenoble in an usual good mood.

The program was very busy but well studied, congratulations for the organization. We had the experience to successfully manage 400 people (cafistes more) from everywhere in France with accommodation and entertainment.

The arrival at Grenoble and boarding after more than 4 hours away, has not been without some discussion of routes to take, some with the paper version of plan and other with the smartphone ( Note that the leader of the team Carto was the only girl in the car !! I have the right is me who writes the summary 😛 )

The time scheduled arrival and was requested 23h…it is 11:40 p.m.… we apologize on the phone with the volunteer who has to wait for the latest arrivals, and his voice…she was tired poor…and we were not the last. One sympathizes and thanks…

We finally settled in the common room and it brings back memories of living in boarding and ideas of transgression we return hihii

It folds somehow the rules of life including a mandatory starting at 7:45 Room…it is the mountain in Gre !

After a preparation in music and speed, nous voila part in the tram jusqu'à IUGA. Commissions start at 8:30, and the first workshop session at 14:30. Meanwhile we could meet the president and other important figures known Fédé more experienced. Around the coffee they told me the stories and experiences of each other and I love that.

13Plenary introductory pm : Sure 2 amphi virtually simultaneous. Some figures impressive Nicolas Raynaud on the federation is in excellent health, and among the very good students (See summary of meetings) , a rundown on the organization and history of the place and the city later, we are all thrown on the buffet and no one thought to leave the guys still stuck in their commission ! Sorry François !

14h30 : 1° workshop session : Training and Safety for Jeff. Liberté et accés for François. Evolution and challenges for André and open to all the public for me. Very interesting workshops ! 2 facilitators per workshop, cafistes from all over France and many exchanges, constructive but also liberating, other cafistes face the same problems and the same beautiful club life experiences we feel less isolated when we realize that. This was the purpose of the federation also with this openness to all members and it is a success I find. An official report of the conference will be made.

We exchange our workshops at the exit with friends, it is frozen but still happy to find themselves in welded tribe among the other. It goes to visit a little around or mountain sports museum etc. and prepares to leave town at the Sports Palace for mountain movie night.

Superb all these films with a crazy mood ! A chalet, an ice cave, combinations of materials Recycling, pro or protection asso stalls, exhibitions and refreshment, oh I forgot… tartiflette was also menu.

Back at boarding on foot or by tram ? Today we have still failed to agree…we did a bit of both at once during the entire stay 😀

Treasurers squabble, Presidents laugh, it was beautiful to have all passed the 40 years, we remain big kids :-). Back to finally walk, we gossiped in rhythm and you do not feel the cold.

Virtually no downtime during the two days, Sunday workshops have succeeded.

Small coffee, hello to friends and go again !

11H : 3° workshop session : Valuation volunteer for Jeff. Inclusion of disability for François. Training and Safety for André Privacy and Access for me.

13H : excellent tartiflette with a good white wine and it was re-departed ! It settles in a small auditorium for conf : "Fear as engine of shares" by Gérard Warrior, writer. So interesting that the club Perpignan has purchased the book. I brought him back as soon as I finished, quickly promised.

At one dodges the play and unanimously decided to spend the night on the town, and others leave us to return to perpi.

Francois made us meet for a beer of high-level climbers, who had the privilege of working with Patrick Edlinger. Like many great personalities they were simple and nice.

It is a little restaurant full of charm and very good, Should we remake the world ( or rather we talk about the future ...), it carries the server and the dodo ! It's tiring to sit all day !!

Monday morning !! we want to take advantage of Grenoble and especially rust after two good days studious ! We vote for a room in the city center "Vertical space 3". We expect it to 10H Old camper and fire !!! We leave harnesses and only Jeff looks at us with a benevolent eye from above. He pretends to work on the computer and it makes you dizzy watching us ! beautiful room !

One passes the climbing head, another fun in 7a.. see +, and another connects a saw 5c, My friend drives me…watch out ! you're not far from the initiator SAE ! ( but there is still work yet, remain humble )

It was great that 1 federal congress in Grenoble ! the road is taken quietly and we atmosphere in the car with very good songs (each has their own worship song ) François DJ. Thank you for these good memorable moments and videos will remain between us…or not 😉

Thank you very much Jeff of driving.. I felt so confident that I slept ¾ back ! already Perpi ? it was so fast say ! 🙂
